Prasiolite Vogel - High Grade/Large
Prasiolite Vogel – High Grade/Large | Growth, Clarity & Purposeful Direction
Striking in scale and refined in appearance, the Prasiolite Vogel – High Grade/Large from Enlightened KC showcases the soft green beauty of Prasiolite in an impressive faceted Vogel-style form. Selected for its higher-grade visual appearance, this larger piece creates a sophisticated focal point for a crystal collection, meditation space, altar, or intention-setting practice.
Prasiolite is a green variety of Quartz composed primarily of silicon dioxide (SiO₂). It is sometimes marketed as Green Amethyst, although Prasiolite is the preferred mineral trade name. Naturally occurring green Prasiolite is uncommon, and much of the material available commercially receives treatment—commonly heat treatment or irradiation of suitable Quartz material—to produce its characteristic green coloration. Unless an individual specimen has documented provenance or treatment information, its origin of color should not be assumed.
Prasiolite may range from extremely pale mint and soft sage to yellow-green, with variations in clarity, translucency, internal veils, inclusions, and natural fractures.
A Vogel-style crystal is a precision-inspired faceted form associated with the crystal work of Marcel Vogel. Within modern metaphysical practices, these shapes are commonly used as symbolic tools for focus, directing intention, meditation, and concentrated energy work. These energetic applications are spiritual traditions rather than scientifically established properties.
