Palo Santo is a sacred South American holy wood known by the Incas to promote joy, reduce stress, and enhance clarity. Burn Palo Santo to cleanse your space of negative energies and bring a spiritual calm to your surroundings. You may also burn with sage.
Instructions: Set your intention, then ignite your stick of Palo Santo and hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Be sure to only do this in well ventilated areas. Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out. Move about your workspace, home, car, bathroom or anywhere you would like to clear the energy.
