To cleanse Himalayan Quartz, rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap using a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners. It can be spiritually cleansed with sage/smudging, palo santo, or by placing it on selenite. To charge, place in the light of the sun or the full moon for 6-8 hours. Himalayan Quartz can also be charged on a selenite plate or paired with Clear Quartz to amplify its energy.
